  • Ensure each new machine handler is trained & Certified as per the Training Plan
  • Visit all the BoxC sites on a monthly basis for both training & audit purposes
  • Focus on machine cleaning process and compliance
  • Basic troubleshooting for machine related issues
  • Log calls for Repair & Maintenance issues wherever applicable
  • Check for any pest related issues the client's facility
  • Update training materials to make them more relevant to the needs of the BoxC process
  • Keeping track of the training hour on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis through trackers.
  • Preparing the training program calendar, certification framework and driving the same across business units
