Position Targets
Support AP accountancy team on the following tasks:
SAP Documents follow-up
Pending approvals on WHT countries (or any other decided by Head)
Missing invoices on ICC importations
Open infoproviders on countries developing VIM culture
Blocked dunning invoices with price & quantity discrepancies
Critical invoices to be monitored in accountants' templates (Downpayments, pending approvals, credit notes, etc.)
Peru bank fees
FEBA postings on bank fees into BBVA & BCP vendor accounts
Propose open items cleansing to AP accountant in charge of Peru
Follow-up of missing bank fees invoices in VIM
Support Head, BPC & Senior on reports and presentations to local teams
Project: Mapping of active infocodes per CC in scope of SSC AP team
Project: Create role responsibilities manual
Alternative: OCR Back-up
