Apprentice Support Worker

At Meadow View we are looking for engaging and positive Apprentice Support Workers to join our team to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, along side this great career opportunity you will study your NVQ level 2 in Health and social care. 

As an Apprentice Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will help to ensure the people we support live a more independent, dignified and happy life.  We are looking for forward thinkers who are able to offer new ideas on how to develop a person's opportunities and skills ranging from developing their own garden to cooking nutritious and different meals.

Not all support work will take place within the homes of the people we support. There will be lots of opportunities to access the local community and engage with the interests of the people you support.
