Role Summary: The Apprenticeship Operations Manager will lead a team of 10–12 Skills Coaches delivering apprenticeship standards across a range of sectors. The post-holder will ensure all delivery is compliant with the Education Inspection Framework (EIF), DfE Apprenticeship Funding Rules (2025–2026), and audit protocols. They will drive performance, uphold quality, and create a culture focused on learner outcomes, regulatory excellence, and sustained impact.
