Team Lead – Trainer (Vocational Training Academy)

Your job:

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of apprenticeship training programs in Electrical Engineering and IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational needs.
• Lead and manage practical and theory-integrated training in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, PLCs, Networking, and Microcontrollers.
• Drive adoption of emerging IT topics including Programming, IoT, Cybersecurity, AI, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.
• Partner with Operations, TEC, and HR to define skill requirements, recruit apprentices, and guide selection processes.
• Coach trainers, promote innovative teaching methods, and implement digital learning platforms (e.G., Festo LX)
• Enhance training quality, ensuring alignment with German dual training standards and local industry demands.
