The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an apprentice for the restaurants starting september 2026.

    • Key Accountabilities:

  • Set up the dining room and tables

  • Participate in customer service under the supervision of your chef de rang,

  • Ensure that the restaurant's procedures relating to the expected quality of service are applied.

    • General Requirements:



  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Team spirit.

  • Good level of oral expression.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Discretion.
