We are looking for our next Risk analyst Apprentice as of 01 September 2025 at our AXA Headquarters!

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within Group Risk management, you will join two teams for two different missions: the transversal Transformation Team and the Group Life Risk Management, both as Risk analyst.

What You’ll Do  

Transversal Transformation Team

  • Test concrete use-cases of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and implement automatic prompts for the Risk Management community both at Group and Local levels.
  • Define Data Products (“Data Mesh” paradigm) supporting the GenAI tools and the Group Data Platform usages.

    • Group Life Risk Management Team

  • Analyze risk and business changes at both the Group and entity levels, assessing their impact on the solvency ratio and the IFRS 17 balance sheet.
  • Maintain and enhance the internal model for various life risks, including lapses (up/down), other customer behaviors, mass lapse, and expenses.

    Who You Are

  • Strong aptitude for analytical thinking, with a keen interest in understanding data and its implications for risk management. Appetite for innovative topics like GenAI and Data Mesh concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of quantitative methods, financial concepts, and risk assessment principles. Programming knowledge in R or Python is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to contribute to collective goals.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility in managing tasks and deadlines.
