APS 6 Senior Mentor - Parent Pathways APS Pilot

The Parent Pathways service is delivered by the Australian Government in the Playford and Gawler local government areas in South Australia. It is a voluntary service that provides personalised and financial support to eligible parents and carers of young children.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mentor to join our team. Responsibilities of the Senior Mentor role include:

• Providing one on one mentoring to parents to create personalised goal plans based on their aspirations.
• Supporting parents to work towards their identified goals by providing advice, guidance and connection to community organisations, education, services and opportunities, including parents who may be experiencing sensitive and complex challenges.
• Providing leadership and coaching to other Mentors and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
