Job Description
Main Tasks:
• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all IT Production-related tasks and enquiries, providing support and guidance to end-users, Developers, and Business Analysts. 3 - Expert
• Incident and Request Management: Track, manage, and resolve incidents, support requests, problems, and changes using the ITSM toolset, ensuring restoration of IT services within agreed SLAs and following Incident Management processes.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor infrastructure and application layers for all vital and non-vital applications, adopting Group and cluster guidelines, IT best practices, and IT Security recommendations to ensure smooth operation. 3 - Expert
• Release and Testing Support: Prepare environments for releases, conduct pre-production tests, and ensure successful implementation, while also maintaining the necessary knowledge to handle IT Production support needs. 3 - Expert
