Job Description
We’re currently looking for motivated APS5 Project Officers to join our client, for a full time temporary assignment until December 2026.
Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder communication, and providing expert support to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope. As a Project Officer, you will be a key team member contributing to impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and project plans.
- Effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders, translating jargon into accessible language.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritising competing tasks efficiently.
- Apply sound judgement to resolve issues and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Respond flexibly to changing project priorities and support various functions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Stay proactive in learning new skills and applying them in your role to optimise project outcomes.
- Manage your time and resources effectively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Take responsibility for your work outcomes, leveraging feedback to continuously improve.
