APS5 Quality Officer
We’re recruiting APS5 Quality Officers for a large federal government agency delivering one of Australia’s most important social reform programs.
This role sits within a high-impact quality and performance function, reviewing frontline decision-making and driving continuous improvement across complex, legislated environments. You’ll work with real data, real decisions, and outcomes that genuinely matter to participants.
What you’ll do
Conduct moderately complex to complex quality and assurance reviews Assess legislative, policy and process compliance in planning and decision-making Produce clear, evidence-based written findings and recommendations Identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members Manage workflow and review requests using established systems (including JIRA) What we’re looking fo...
