As a Clinician your responsibilities will include:

Triaging and coordinating intakes and referral of clients to the regions for allocation to services. This will include referrals of individuals, couples, families and complex and potentially high risk cases via a number of referral pathways.

Provision of high-quality clinical services including assessment and referral, evidence based individual, couple and family counselling, and case management to eligible clients in order to achieve outcomes identified in care planning processes.
