- Administer and troubleshoot network environments (routing, switching, wireless, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, VoIP).
- Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and enterprise wireless systems.
- Perform firmware upgrades and ensure network performance and reliability.
- Create network diagrams and maintain documentation.
