AQA Lead

We are looking for an AQA Lead to join one of our fintech projects.
The client and the project office are located in Montreal, Canada.

• Hybrid: 3 days per week from the office.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities of the Automation + Performance team, including task delegation and ownership of all test deliverables.

Actively collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to report progress and resolve issues.

Collect and track test metrics to support Cost-benefit Analysis and evaluate team goals.

Create and maintain test documentation, including strategies, plans, and scenarios.

Build automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright.

Work with continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines and processes.
