The City of Karratha is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Aquatic Duty Managers to help deliver safe, vibrant, and high-quality aquatic experiences at the Wickham Recreation Precinct and Roebourne Aquatic Centre.

As an Aquatic Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day operation of our aquatic facilities. Working closely with the Aquatic Supervisor, you’ll help ensure the centre operates efficiently, safely, and in line with Council policies and health regulations. When required, you’ll confidently step up to oversee operations and lead staff, ensuring patrons enjoy a safe and welcoming environment.
