Role

The Aquatic Services Coordinator assists the Manager in leading the Swim Teachers and Squad Coaches to ensure the delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard possible. This is a full‑time role, which may include some direct service hours in the water.

Passion for swimming and student progression is required. The role demands an energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun personality with strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. Applicants must be able to interact effectively with diverse students of varied ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
