Job Summary


The Aquatics Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the pool and open water operations, ensuring the areas are safe and sanitary. They supervise and monitor individual team members, ensuring performance standards are met while supporting development and engagement.

Job Duties

  • Tests and balances pool chemicals; documents as required by the state and local regulations. (Essential)
  • Cleans and vacuums pool and skimmer baskets, backwashes the pool filters, and skims the pool to remove debris as needed. (Essential)
