Handle outbound calls to insurance companies (US healthcare process).
Follow up on outstanding claims.
Check claim status and resolve billing issues.
Ensure accurate documentation of call details.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
