Key Requirements:

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in AR Calling

Mandatory L&D (Learning & Development) or Trainer experience

Strong experience in team handling and performance management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to mentor, train, and drive team productivity

Hands-on experience with US Healthcare AR processes

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage AR calling teams

Conduct training, coaching, and L&D sessions

Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics

Ensure timely collections and process compliance
