Position Overview

RevXRCM Services LLP is seeking a detail-oriented AR Caller to manage insurance follow-ups and resolve unpaid or denied claims for US healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US medical billing cycle, payer guidelines, and denial management processes to improve collections and reduce aging AR.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups
  • Analyze EOBs/ERAs to identify reasons for denials or underpayments
  • Work on AR aging reports and prioritize high-value or aged claims
  • Initiate appeals and reconsiderations as per payer guidelines
