**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax policies and regulations (CFDI, addenda, correct use of taxes, etc.).
- Manage client portals to ensure invoices are uploaded in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up with internal and external clients regarding billing status, as well as ensure that there is no duplication of invoices and credit notes, as well as the processing of cancelled invoices.
- Maintain updated accounts receivable records in the accounting system and in the ERP (NetSuite), ensuring correct assignment to projects and clients.
- Track accounts receivable and manage the collection process to ensure timely collection of payments.
