Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end invoicing and collections process while providing day-to-day leadership to the AR & Billing team. This role ensures accurate billing, timely collection of payments, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

In addition to managing operational tasks, the Team Lead will coordinate the workload of the AR & Billing assistants, provide training and guidance, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong cash flow, improving collection outcomes, and upholding compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
