Responsibilities

  • Discover, sign, and manage relationships with local composers, songwriters, and publishers
  • Negotiate and close A&R and publishing deals
  • Lead creative initiatives such as songwriting camps, sessions, and workshops
  • Collaborate with A&R teams from record labels, music publishers, and production houses
  • Monitor chart and streaming performance across major platforms
  • Curate, manage, and optimize the music catalog
  • Drive catalog monetization in close collaboration with the Licensing Manager
