Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time in SAP when needed
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue balances, and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Update the receipts received in SAP
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations and vendors on invoicing, pricing, quantity, and documentation issues
  • Maintain complete AR documentation and a clear audit trail
  • Support month-end closing activities, including AR cut-off and reconciliations
  • Assist with balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations
  • Support bank, intercompany, and clearing account reconciliations as required
  • Prepare audit support schedules and respond to audit queries
  • Ensure transactions are processed in line with approved finance processes and controls
