AR & MIS Executive

Role Summary

The Executive – AR & MIS will support commercial operations for a service-based inspection/testing/certification business, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and accurate MIS reporting. The role demands strong coordination with operations, sales, and customers, along with high ownership of receivable controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities including invoice generation, collections, and customer reconciliations
• Track customer-wise outstanding, ageing analysis, and ensure regular follow-ups with clients
• Coordinate with operations/project teams for billing readiness and closure
• Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers
• Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports on revenue, collections, and outstanding
