Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's cash collections process with a primary focus on reducing accounts receivable aging and mitigating cash flow risk. The individual will also design and document processes to be implemented by the Accounts Receivable team and supported through future system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Execute collection strategies to reduce past-due balances and improve overall days sales outstanding (DSO).
• Conduct regular reviews of aging reports to identify risks, trends, and high-priority accounts.
