Job Summary

TheAccounts Receivable Collections Specialist is responsible for managing customeraccounts, following up on overdue balances, and ensuring timely paymentaccording to agreed payment terms. This role focuses on outbound collections,customer communication, and accurate documentation of collection activity. Theposition supports the AR team by helping reduce past-due balances and maintainhealthy customer accounts.
