We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support advertisers of a leading global Social Media platform. We want someone with solid experience in paid campaign management, strong troubleshooting skills, and the drive to elevate the advertiser experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and implement service improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support across email and chat channels.
  • Take full ownership of advertiser queries, collaborating with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical, generic, or product-related issues.
