Role: ARAS PLM Support Executive

Location- PAN India.

JD:

  • Should have 2-4 years of experience in ARAS PLM Support role
  • Provide first and second-level support for ARAS PLM users, including resolving incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, email, or direct communication.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the ARAS PLM platform, including application errors, integration problems, and data inconsistencies.
  • Perform system administration tasks such as user management, permissions, and configuration changes within the ARAS PLM environment.
  • Coordinate with development teams and business analysts to escalate and resolve complex issues, and support change management processes.
  • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support documentation for future reference.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Assist users with training, onboarding, and guidance on best practices for using ARAS PLM functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify potential issues, and recommend improvements for stability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and support the implementation of new PLM features or modules.
  • Demonstrates the ability to rapidly acquire proficiency in new applications and provide effective support for business operations
  • Knowledge on Talend integration is advantageous .
