I am seeking an experienced ArcGIS Pro specialist to create a screen-recorded tutorial demonstrating terrain-based flood simulation in ArcGIS Pro.
This is an educational workflow demonstration (not engineering-grade modelling). Clarity, correct setup, and clean visual outputs are essential.
The project will simulate:
The 1943 Möhne Dam breach (Germany)
A dual-breach scenario: Möhne Dam + Sorpe Dam
Requirements:
ArcGIS Pro 3.x with Spatial Analyst extension
Use Surface Water tools (Flood Simulation → Water Source method)
Elevation data: Copernicus DEM GLO m) or equivalent
Instantaneous release volumes:
Möhne: 120,000,000 m³
Sorpe: 60,000,000 m³
Deliverables:
Complete ArcGIS Pro (.aprx) project
1920 × 1080 MP4 screen recording (no audio)
Clear demonstration of tool selection, parameter setup, execution, and comparison between scenarios
Full technical specification attached.
