** We are looking for an Integrated Operations (IO) Supervisor**:
Reporting line**
The IO Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager
**Role**
This role will oversee the IO organisation, support its ongoing development, and coordinate operational activities. It will also perform IO operations when required.
**Key responsibilities (not limited to)**-- Drive the development and continuous improvement of the IO Center’s operational efficiency.
- Strong focus on service quality and a proactive approach to SQ improvements.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve all IO related documents.
- Coordinate upcoming / ongoing operations with Human Resources Coordinator. Focus on personnel utilization, crew changes and skill level.
- Perform IO operations during working hours.
