At Adnankhan Design Studio (ADS), we are shaping spaces that blend creativity, functionality, and innovation. We are looking for a passionate Architect & Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized university.
• Council of Architecture (COA) registration (preferred for Architects).

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural & interior design.
• Hands-on experience delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Software Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, D5, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentations.
• Comfortable with MS Office for reports and documentation.

Project Management

• Ability to manage projects end-to-end – from concept to execution.
• Proven skills in client interaction, consultant coordination, and contractor management.
• Strong time and resource management to meet deadlines.

Site Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of site execution, supervision, and detailing.
• Expertise in materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges.

Technical Knowledge

• Preparation of working drawings, GFCs, detailed drawings, and BOQs.
• Familiarity with building codes, bye-laws, and compliance standards.
• Understanding of structural, MEP, and services coordination.

Other Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
