Architect / Architecture Associate

Job Description:

• Run a project from design stage through to construction completion. Inclusive but not restricted to design, design development, tender documentation, contract/project management, authorities liaising and submissions etc.
• execute company's direction for the project independently and with finesse.
• collaborate with various stake holders ie. clients, consultants, etc.
• guide and work independently or with team mates depending on project requirements
• any other ad hoc related assignments as required by the company

Job requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in the landed housing/residential architecture industry
• well-verse in local building codes and regulations with various authorities.
• well-verse in building contracts used in Singapore, especially SIA contract.
• skillful in CAD program including but not restricted to Autocad, sketchup, Twinmotion etc.
