Your position

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies while guaranteeing platform scalability, availability, and performance. You will provide technical leadership to developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform governance. Your role will also involve overseeing and leading integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (e.G., SAP, SuccessFactors), defining and applying appropriate integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs). With expertise in CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, you will shape the platform architecture to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.
