We are purposefully recruiting a Licensed Architect who values independence, precision, and purposeful design. This role is ideal for an architect who can lead teams, manage complex projects, and apply strong technical judgment to deliver high-quality, real-world design solutions in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

MUST-HAVES (Read First)


  • Licensed Architect with active registration in the applicable jurisdiction




  • 5+ years of professional architectural experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent (Master’s preferred)




  • Proven experience leading project teams and coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary projects




  • Strong command of construction documentation, QA/QC processes, and building codes
