Junior Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs and solutions across various project phases, from initial concept to project completion. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop core architectural skills in a collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs for various projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Research and analyse relevant building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the overall design.
• Maintain organized project files, documentation, and revision tracking to keep projects on schedule. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education:  A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field from an accredited program.
• Experience:  2 years of professional experience in architectural design or relevant internships are preferred.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD , Photoshop , SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape & D5 .
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work and technical skills.
