ULDS is a dynamic, design focused studio specializing in landscape design and master planning. We work at scale, partnering with real estate developers to shape 100-acre townships, premium resorts, large housing communities, and plotted developments across India and the Middle East. Qualifications:

• B. Arch with 1-3 years of experience in Landscape Design/ Apartment complex design.
• Proficient in landscape/ Architecture construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
• Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 rendering software

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
• Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
• Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Work Details:

• Location: H-0, ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru -
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday - Sunday Off)
