At Ames Arquitectos , an architecture studio specialising in high-end residential projects, we are looking to incorporate into our team an Architect with experience in the development of Basic Design Projects , who is keen to join a demanding, collaborative professional environment focused on architectural excellence.
We are seeking a profile with a minimum of five years’ professional experience , a solid knowledge of current regulations and their practical application, and the ability to develop projects with technical rigour, architectural judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
Main responsibilities:
Development and coordination of Basic Design Projects at all stages.
Interpretation and application of urban planning and building regulations.
Coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Preparation of graphic and technical documentation to a high standard of accuracy.
