Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, design-oriented Architect with strong coordination and communication skills to be stationed at the client’s office in Bengaluru for one of the most reputed projects in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and a smart personality, with the ability to represent the firm effectively in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent CPKA at the client’s office and act as the primary point of coordination.
- Coordinate between the client, CPKA Delhi office, and sub-consultants (structural, MEP, interiors, etc.).
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, design proposals, and presentations.
- Translate client requirements into clear design and documentation inputs for the design team.
- Participate confidently in client meetings and design discussions.
- Monitor drawing deliverables and ensure timely information flow between all stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits as required and prepare progress and coordination reports.
- Assist in preparing working drawings and construction documents in compliance with local codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch or equivalent).
- 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and/or execution.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and building materials.
- Working knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality suitable for a client-facing role.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client coordination or on-site representation roles.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
- Exposure to site supervision or basic project management.
- Knowledge of BIM
