Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project coordination, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer is required, and familiarity with large-scale and multidisciplinary projects is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review architectural designs, construction documents, and shop drawings in alignment with project goals.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure a fully integrated and cohesive design.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide technical support and design clarifications to site teams during all project phases.
Utilize Bentley OpenBuildings Designer for architectural modeling, coordination, and visualization.
Contribute to material selection, documentation, and project submittal processes.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and reporting on architectural scope.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and coordination.
Proficiency in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer for modeling and documentation.
In-depth knowledge of building codes and architectural best practices.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with complex, large-scale architectural projects.
Understanding of sustainable design and energy-efficient building strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
