Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading execution of architectural projects across sectors. Ensures functionality,

aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance in all design stages, coordinating between internal

teams, consultants, and clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prepare design deliverables (concepts, layouts, drawings, details).
  • Coordinate with consultants for integrated, clash-free design.
  • Lead development/release of GFC drawings; clarify site queries.
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide technical justifications.
  • Support project approvals through submission drawings.
  • Identify risks and propose value engineering options.
  • Guide junior architects and CAD technicians
