Job Title: Architect (Design + Detailing)

Location: Coimbatore
Experience Required: 4 – 6 Years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & skill set)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Architect (Design + Detailing) will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and translating them into detailed drawings suitable for execution. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and timely delivery of architectural deliverables for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and design development drawings based on client requirements

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details

  • Translate conceptual designs into execution-ready drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications

  • Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, present proposals, and incorporate feedback

  • Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design coordination and clash-free drawings

  • Prepare drawings in compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and local regulations

  • Support project teams during design revisions, approvals, and execution stages

  • Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and drawing issue records

  • Assist in preparing presentation drawings and visuals for client meetings

    • Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture ( from a recognized institution

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in architectural design and detailing

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects preferred

    • Skills Required

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting and detailing

  • Working knowledge of Revit for architectural modeling and documentation

  • Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling and concept visualization

  • Basic to intermediate skills in Photoshop for presentations and visual enhancements

  • Good command of MS Office for documentation and coordination

  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction practices

  • Ability to interpret client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions

  • Good communication and coordination skills
