Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma / degree in Architecture.

2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of architecture & Construction management.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.

4. Proficiency in software like MS Project, excel & word.

5. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions.

7. Proficiency in preparing DPR, WPR & MPR etc for any project.

8. Coordination of drawings of architectural, Structural & Services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Lead projects from concept development through to completion.

2. Utilize AutoCAD proficiently to create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints for approval and details as required at site of work.
