Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect (For Residential Projects) to join our dynamic team focused on high-rise residential projects in Gurgaon/Sohna.

Responsibilities

• Site coordination: Conduct regular site visits to ensure the construction adheres strictly to the approved drawings. Provide working drawings/GFC's and make necessary design adjustments based on real-time site challenges.

• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work collaboratively with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other relevant professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with the approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and stay updated with relevant building bye-laws and codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputable institution.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in architecture and on-site project execution, with a preference for those who have worked on high-rise residential buildings projects.

• Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit is preferred. A willingness to embrace and stay abreast of technological advancements in the field is highly valued.

• Commitment to quality and ethical work practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to take full ownership of work.
