    About the role

    We’re looking for an Endpoint solution expert with extensive experience on Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows systems. As a Software Engineer, your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Provide your global customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management
  • Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the teamwork through challenges and develop new methodologies.
  • Help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning 
  • Identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs.

    • What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in IT 
  • Experience as a Windows / Azure virtual Desktop support engineer. 
  • Experience as a Windows system administrator 
  • Experience with PowerShell 
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and networking 
  • Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 
  • Ability to manage and support multiple clients 
  • Enrolment, Autopilot 
  • MDM and MAM policies, Application packaging 
  • Integration of SCCM and Intune 
  • Azure Active Directory Single Sign ON
  • Certification: AZ-104 AZ900 MD-102
