Key Responsibilities:
• Design and draft functional, aesthetic, and efficient architectural floor plans
• Develop interior layouts, material boards, and space-planning concepts
• Create 3 D renderings, walkthroughs, and visualizations (Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray)
• Prepare working drawings, construction details, and presentation documents
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure design compliance with local building codes and standards
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to concept development
