As an Architect, you will be involved in the complete architectural journey—from conceptual design to execution on site. Your scope of responsibility will evolve with experience, but the core expectation remains the same: a strong design sensibility, respect for the craft, and a collaborative mindset. Junior Architects will gain hands-on exposure and mentorship, while Senior Architects will take ownership of projects, guide teams, and contribute strategically to design direction and delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to architectural projects across all stages, from concept development to on-site execution
  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, models, and design presentations
  • Participate in design research, site studies, and material exploration
  • Collaborate closely with team members to develop thoughtful, functional, and context-sensitive spaces
  • Engage actively in studio discussions and design reviews
  • Maintain professionalism, humility, and attention to detail in all aspects of work

Junior Architect Responsibilities (1–2 Years):

  • Support senior architects with drawings, detailing, and design documentation
  • Assist with site visits, coordination, and basic project follow-ups
  • Learn through active involvement in live projects and studio processes
  • Contribute fresh perspectives, creativity, and curiosity

Senior Architect Responsibilities (6–8 Years):

  • Lead architectural projects independently from concept to completion
  • Manage design development, timelines, and coordination with consultants
  • Mentor and guide junior architects within the team
  • Handle client interactions and project-related decision-making
  • Contribute to the studio’s broader design vision and strategic thinking

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
  • Strong command over architectural drawings, detailing, and design development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator)
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings and presentations
  • Collaborative mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for architecture, design research, materials, and spatial experiences
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a studio environment

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Revit, Lumion, or other 3D visualization tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in cities, art, materials, and the cultural aspects of architecture
