Architect / Lead - Salesforce (Data Cloud)

Job Description:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Define and optimize data architecture layers (DLO, DMO, DSO) for scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for ingestion, identity resolution, unification, calculated insights, and activation.
  • Analyze and optimize credit consumption, ensuring efficient use of federation, ingestion, and activation credits.
  • Partner with enterprise data teams (Snowflake, Databricks, MDM) to define zero-copy or accelerated data flows.
  • Define data governance frameworks, security, lineage, and compliance standards for the platform.
  • Oversee integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and third-party systems.
