Key Responsibilities:
•Lead architectural design from concept to execution for various projects.
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, and architectural documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Conduct site visits and supervise construction phases when needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
• Licensed architect
