Responsibilities

• Lead the development of master plans for urban and architectural projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and design standards.
• Support Team and Partners to deliver urban planning and design tasks/projects in terms of both technical proposal and presentation.
• Oversee the planning and design phases of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all planning activities, approvals, and project milestones.
• Review development plans and attend meetings with developers.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Has at least 3 years of experience working as Senior Architect, Senior Architect Designer, Architect - Planning & Design.
